MJ – numerous fans but no family member near death bed

The news about sudden death of Michael Jackson was shocking. And even more shocking was the fact that he was alone in his home at neverland with no family members.

What made him so alone and aloof is disturbing. Probably its clash of ego or other issues god knows the best. But how a person having millions of fans across geographical limits, cultures, languages can have such an end?

As people say he was not BAD; he was soft spoken person. What made him so erratic and dependent on drugs, we need to think? Why he had all the troubles in his family life despite being a highly talented, extraordinarily successful. People enjoying name and fame like him are probably on finger tips but why he had to gone through all this. It is an untold story, and perhaps will remain a mystery.

He was the man who proved that will talent and hard work you can achieve whatever you want. You need dedication and tenacity to overcome the challenges of life. He was full of contradictions too. But he was a man passion, and he showcased that in his work. His music is undying and will remain forever.

I salute the Man known as MJ, the Magical Jackson or you call him Michael Jackson.

Remembering Ponds, Silt in Rivers and Ground Water Recharging

Delay in monsoon is putting many forgotten but relevant issues on dicussion tables of BIG planners and SO CALLED Social WORKERS. All of sudden these people have started advocating need for restoring ponds, removing silt from rivers and imposing strict rules for ground water recharging etc.

Why they recall these important issue when things have gone almost brink of beyond recovery. Many ponds have vanished due to land grabbing activities of Land mafia and disdainful approach of administration.
No body is bothered to clean rivers in normal days, natural water resources are recalled when there is no water. monsson is delayed so is the recovery after recession. Even stock market is stagnating in the hope of monsoon.
Why implementation on ground water recharging is neglected otherwise and remembered only in the days of water scarcity.
drought is a worst situation of any country and a country like india whose main preofession is agriculture can not afford it. Unmindful utilisation deep borewells has reduced ground water to alarming level but still we are expoliting natural resources like there is no tomorrow.
Please use simple logics to save nature and environment naturally.

Who gets subsidy more URBAN OR RURAL?

Subsidy in general are provided to weaker sections with an aim make them at with others as far as sharing of infrastructure or facilities provided by government. It is believed that various subsidies on offer are helping in developing downtrodden or the people who are unable to afford basic amenities on their own.

I feel that in country like India subsidies are helping more urban population as compared to rural population. Where as population residing in towns or bigger cities is sharing a great part of this initiative taken on the part of government and the rural population is getting their share of subsidies in various forms but still they are lagging behind. The main reason for this is that they lack chances of availing these subsidies.

Our urban get direct or indirect subsidy in form of petrol subsidy, cooking gas cylinders, roads, drinking water, hospitals for medical services, good education system in form of well available schools, colleges and institutions for higher education. Though they can afford to pay more and share government’s burden, they get maximum benefit out of these subsidies.

On the other hand rural people are given subsidy in form of rate cuts for diesel and electricity. But the irony is the fact that numbers of people using these services are very less. There are negligible schools, colleges, hospitals for rural people so aid given to these institutions is not reaching to the real ones. Even the diesel and electricity is available in very few locations and population availing benefits is very small.

The only good benefit that rural population get is LOAN WAIVER by government even that is not very healthy way to help poor population rather we should prepare a base where all can participate at par in getting government aid.

Monsoon to bring IPO session

India is still rule by rain god. If rains are good, production would be good and so will be consumption by Indians. As still main profession of Indians is agriculture.

After severe recession hit months Indian public and companies are waiting for good monsoon so that long pending IPOs can be introduced in the market. RBI and SEBI both are concerned with the market movements and introducing controls on regular basis to safeguard small investors.

Companies need good market sentiments to collect money from the market and fuel their expansion plan. All this is really dependent on monsoon and as they India depends on GOD for many aspects, its true this time RAIN GOD need to be happier with us and give us sufficient rain to revive the sentiments across individuals and industries.

Incomplete information leading to wrong decisions

It is true, that if you want to make quality decisions you need proper information. In current scenario of recessions Indian banks are forced to offer loans on lesser rates and reduce deposit rates. They are doing so because daily news are coming of declining inflation rates or even inflation moving in sub zero territory.

The irony of system is that this declining inflation is calculated using age old system of considering whole sale prices not the consumer prices. The situation is, on papers inflation is decreasing but consumer is paying more as prices in retail are increasing.

When there would be a synchronised system to calculate inflation or deflation and allow banks to decide their lending and deposit rates.

There needs to be some logics, simple may be.

Religious Symbol

Every body is very particular about his religion and faith. To a good extent for ages religion has been and once again become a bonding force for communities. People have become less tolerant about their religion and other aspect related to it.

To some extent use of veil, Burqua, Purdah, Hizab or naqab was ok in earlier times when society was not so developed and freedom to women was not a normal rule. Even the frequent wars between different groups were another reason to promote purdah so safeguard women from enemies.

Leave the women there is strong lobbying in US to allow turban and beard for Sikhs in Army. I feel that in present times people should be allowed to use their symbols of religion freely as long as they are not triggering trouble to others and society in general.

Boost required by Indian Real state companies

In current melt down no economy has been immune to effects of slowdowns across Industries, even depleting or at best stagnant employment opportunities and betterment has resulted in either cut on personal and family expenditures or postponement of many necessary expenditure, again putting pressure on companies involved in offering products or services. The vicious circle continues as poor sales poor profits and subsequently poor benefits to employee in form of incentive and salary hikes. So the effect of recession comes in full form leaving population with lesser purchasing power.

Government and companies are doing their best to boost confidence in masses for prosperous tomorrow. Many relaxations, waivers and grants etc are being offered to various industries to cope up with decreasing demands and help them improve their product offering. Companies too are trying their bit in offering many innovative discounts and value preposition to its customer to keep the demand in market.

I believe if government is concentrating on infrastructural development to generate demand from basic sectors and then capitalise on the upward mood of masses and develop service industries in second phase to counter present recession. I am sure this tough will not last longer.

I feel government should give some benefits and rebates to house owners and offer tax relief to first time house buyers in India. More and more people will be attracted to buy house, even couple should be given relaxations and tax benefits or even credit free loan to buy house. Government can put some conditions to hold that property for 5-7 years to stop sale and purchase business to take benefits of these relaxations for house buyers. Even people taking home loan should be asked to hold that property for 5-7 year or till the EMI of loan are being paid these property should be made non transferable.

This will help realtors to sell more houses in current time of recession and companies can use this to increase demand. Not only housing companies many other related industries like cement, iron, plywood, home décor etc will see the rise in demand and an environment of prosperity can be triggered.

Learning by unlearning your culture, is it good for India ?

India has been known for its rich traditions. The social cohesiveness, since Vedic times was one of the key feature of India. Since early times conscious efforts to maintain to give society a tried and tested way of life that leads to material development but at the same time maintaining spiritual and emotional balance of an individual that helped society to have disciplined individuals.

All this needed a sound learning system and the Gurukuls were the perfect set ups to train young and pure minds with traditional knowledge and asking them to explore the power of their minds to search for better solutions for existing challenges.

The main system adopted to impart knowledge was STORY TELLING. This was very effective mean to pass on knowledge without any other knowledge storage medium. The one of the other benefit was to improve concentration power of the students as GURUs used to ask questions in between, so students needed to be attentive and have full concentration.

Story selection and creation was another great feature of GURU – SHISHYA system and the almost all stories were taken from day to day scenarios so that students can relate to those scenarios and look for many solutions of problems posed in stories by using their minds.

In the name of modernisation we have change this tried and tested education system not only in present schools even parents feel tired and not interested in telling stories to their kids. They have been victim of modernisation and consumerism as today COMIC CD DVD and cartoon movies are available in library, shops or on 24x4 TV channels.

Where are we heading to? Why all this wisdom of yester years is not protected? Why we are looking for superficial ways of Parenting by opting for readymade solutions that are not offering values to Indian culture. HOW these comics and cartoons of tom and jerry, mickey mouse, Donald duck, richie rich, Barbie, archie, veronica etc can imbibe Indian wisdom in Indian mind why our rich jatak kathas, pachtantras are not considered capable of imbibing creative and decision making abilities in our kids.

We need to use our simple logics and simple IQs.

Why Wholesale Price Index (WPI) and not Consumer Price Index (CPI)?

Everyday paper and concerned agencies are declaring gradual decline in inflation but realty is just opposite when one go to market and buys goods of daily need. All products like aloo, pyaj, atta, rice edible oil all are becoming costlier day by day.
I feel there is something wrong in calculating this decrease in inflation, as per available information this decrease in inflation is based on Wholesale Price Index (WPI) and not on Consumer Price Index (CPI). Because it is the consumer who is facing the problem as the prices in the market are increasing and Banks are decreasing Interest rates due to this available decreasing statistics of decreasing Inflation. Normal consumer is facing the problem of reducing purchasing power, and government should do something about it.
I don’t think the decision of banks to reduce lending and deposit rates would solve consumer plight as rising prices of essential commodities are reducing purchasing power and disturbing his monthly budget. Whereas, distributors and retailers are making good margins.
If we consider Per capita income of Indian urban population and the prevailing prices of daily needs items and routine family expenditure of a middle class family situation is far from ideal. Rising prices making life difficult and government should think of changing the system for calculating Inflation. Government should fix some percentage for maximum difference between WPI and CPI so that chances of hoarding and black marketing can be avoided.

Parenting – a dilemma of every Parent

Since childhood every boy and girl wishes a good education, career, job, family, life partner and last but not the least World’s Great Child/ Children. People do compromise in almost all aspects mentioned here but when it comes to child they feel stunned.
They always feel pressure whether they are able to play the role of parent effectively and their kids are learning right things in the world. They get easily depressed if their kids are not performing well in their studies or hobbies. Even kids behaviour and interpersonal skills cause many headache for parents.
Often it is observed that young people who loved having kids but due to many pressing needs of today’s life they feel themselves guilty of not giving proper time to their kids and loosing opportunity to imbibe good habits in them. They feel trapped in arranging amenities for kids and inculcating good virtues.
I feel parents can sort out this dilemma by sharing their experience and utilising their time with kids effectively. Kids need quality time more than the quantity of time. We must understand this fact and should try to fill the time available with useful interaction with kids. First and Foremost thing is lending a pair of eager ears to listen to their experiences and their daily encounters with life. Secondly we should also be ready with answers to their unending queries.
I am sure these two steps can open many other ways to have better relations with kids and start a better parenting regime. Lets start sharing views and experience to benefit all of us.

Why genius people make silliest mistakes?

I have seen people with extra ordinary capabilities and past records make silliest mistake that look very unlikely from a person of their capabilities and reputation.
I see MS Dhoni’s decision to send Jadeja earlier than yuvraj and himself was one such mistake. Because dhoni has shown many a times that how change in otherwise routine decisions can bring extra ordinary results. But probably this move did not work.
Sometimes I feel it is the overconfidence of these genius brains that they overlook simple facts and logics and face undue criticism.
I feel we should give them the benefits of majority of positive results produced by them and forgive one or two odd cases where the plan placed did not work.
We should know that simplest logics and IQ at many times is not that simple to follow.

Superstition – More Urban less Rural

The daily news of Fake BABA JI duping crores of rupees from makes me wonder how these things are happening in our urban centers. Have people in metros and other cities have become so restless because of daily stress of life? Can’t they believe on their own strengths and have faith in GOD?
Why they need services of these so call BABAJI for solving problems of life. Why people of rural areas are considered backward just for their faith in local temples or places of worships whereas their counterparts in big cities feel ashamed to be visible at temples etc but they love to visit these CHAMTAKARI BABAJI anyday.
These thugs are making use of people’s problem in extorting money from them and enjoying their lives like kings. They do not believe in any one religion they target population at large for them all humans are same irrespective of their religion. They may be Hindu, Muslim, Christians, Sikhs etc.

Police in Danger

It is very unfortunate to know that naxalite areas of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orrisa are putting lot of pressure on Policemen deployed there. These Maoist outfits, as reported by leading papers, are using landmines to blow police vehicles. They are not only damaging government properties physically they are seriously damaging the image of these state forces in masses.
The common man is facing hard time, neither can they have full faith on these state forces for their protection nor do they feel safe against naxali threats. We need immediate solution to this problem either through political dialogues or through sheer administrative powers. We need government will to stop this.
I feel apart from these preventive measures government must look at corrective measures also by starting development work in interiors where people are facing difficulties in making their ends meets. Poverty is the main cause for these troubles as people are joining these anti state forces just to earn quick money and many a times have existence noticed.
We Indian citizens and one good community who are known for love and peace should not indulge in these acts of terror and anti social activities. At least my simple IQ says this.

The Untouchable Indians

First it was Australia that reported racial attacks on indian students and now its Canada that has reported fresh incidents of attacks o indian students.
What is happening ? on onehand globe is a small village but these incidents potray the hidden feelings.
Indians, for ages have been known as loving, caring, non dominating breed. with there sheer hard work and ability to cope with hardships today Indian is a word dipicting hard working, literate soft hearted work force. Today they have earn name and fame from themselves accross the world. Dominance of Indian in Software field is world known fact. propably people are afraid of this rising dominance and choosen to make it racial attacks.
Why people of india are attached without any provocation. they have not done any act to outrage such a response from autralians and canadians. If there were some issues that should have brought in the notice of Indian government or other Agencies of influence.
It should not be happening. this is the voice of simple logics and IQ. please follow.

Nurturing Evils a very common Hypocrisy

I have seen many people promoting one idea and practicing just opposite. It is a matter of individual hypocrisy. Everybody does it with his logics to safeguard his opinion.People in relationships do cheat each other in various ways. husband says i never see another female in office but he loves to do so, the point here is people find it very difficult to be pure in actions and thoughts as well. Removing evils from thoughts are more important than removing evils in actions.Leave the poor individual I wonder when i see government advertisements speaking evils of liquor, tobacco or cigarettes etc. because on one hand government is charging heavy taxes on these items and allowing new sales locations for liquor /wine shops. When I see a new wine shop as being promoted in cities in the name of attracting tourists etc I feel nurturing of evils in glamorised ways. Why these model shops of wines are allowed in main market in an attracting facade to invite even a non drinker of wine/liquor.The IQ and logics used for these may be simple but are not good.

Why we get betrayed; Especially by Friends and Relatives?

Man is a social animal, it’s a hitting statement but the fact is, statement is true. We all love to live together, share our joys and sorrow together and it’s the feeling of togetherness or belongingness to our family, job, material things that give us energy to perform or do many tasks which we would have not done anyways. In positive terms we would not have accepted gruelling sales jobs or any other tiring sucking jobs or criminals would have taken that wrong path for earning to support their family needs. We all want to achieve something and for that we want to take help of others and make friend, relatives and many other undefined relations. The main objective is to reach a stage of comfort and satisfaction. But many a times we hate to support others for same objective of theirs.A bad situation is one when either we are not supported by our near and dear one. But The worst situation is one when we are get cheated by our these close circle of friends, relatives, colleagues etc. why people do so; when we don’t get answer we say he/she is an animal and it is his habit or nature. So these instincts are natural and unconditional to support someone's family of himself. We all believe in survival of fittest and we act in this way in extreme or choice situations. Animal instincts are also the same.I want to find some logics for such behaviours of these close ones. There must be some logic.....

6 cylinders a year - a curtailed happiness

The recent news of allowing 6 cooking gas cylinders in a year seems to defy some simple logics and advocates some big assumptions.Major assumption could be that a single cylinder would last for 2 months with an average Indian family of 5.How government of India would allow reductions on taxes and levies on luxury items but allow slapping of unnecessary curbs and additional taxes on daily use items. What is happening?

Business in heavy losses but employees making money

It is a strange equation that airlines all over the world are witnessing unprecedented business loss due to current recession. Earlier it was terrorism that affected air travel and tourism industry seen adverse growth across the globe, leaving some areas.
I wonder that despite airlines are incurring losses Pilots and Air hostesses or say other cabin crew members they are getting hefty pay cheques as ever. Even people are lining up to get a job in airliners. Specially, girls are having a special image of an Air-hostess as a great career option. The same job profile losses its glamour when it comes to serving customer in trains and at high end restaurants. There it becomes a job of maid. Why people have double standards towards professions and compensations offered too.
There needs to be some simple iq answering this question.

Why we try harder only second time?

I have seen people succeeding in their first attempt. They must be smart people but strangely the percentage of such people is very low say 1-2% but the people succeeding in second attempt is relatively huge, say well above 70%.Reasons are unknown or need to be searched? Probably they realise problems only after failure or they were not well prepared in very first attempt. There are no short cuts to success but still people look for easier ways. What could be the reasons, people don’t change easily and will not change easily they need to be consistent in their efforts towards any decided goal of them and should toil hard to get the desired results. why people get distracted after deciding a course of action is a matter of research but yes they do so. There are many motivational speakers urging people to change the way they think or act, people don’t change. There has to be some logic.

Justice delayed is Justice Denied

People sitting in powerful positions and capable of giving decisions do make tall claims that we sort out matters in best possible ways and in shortest time limits. They say that we believe in “Justice delayed is Justice denied”.

Today’s TOI says there are over 50,000 cases are pending in Supreme Court, if casually I link the above statement with this fact, a though comes that probably justice is being denied in these cases. It’s true that such huge pending cases put a question on functioning of our judicial system and allied departments who support this process.

Even, I wonder when I learnt that top courts go for leaves like summer vacations. How can we follow traditions of BRITISH RAJ so blindly? Those days were different; scenarios were different; probably involvement and responsibility were different.

But despite all the possible constraints and logics for these long vacations of courts and reasons for such huge pending cases this system should me more fast and productive. Probably we need to increase the number of courts, support staff and provide other required resources to enhance the speed of judgment.

With due respect to existing system of justice, I feel there must be some simple logics that can explain reasons for such huge pending cases.

Rising Prices but decreasing inflation

It is very difficult to believe whom; our prime minister, finance minister, papers or the market. On one hand everybody from prime minister, finance minister, papers are saying collectively and repeatedly that inflation is coming down but when I go to market I get the first hand knowledge that prices are in no mood to come down rather they are going up and up without any rest.

This market scenario is not limited to my local market today every market in India is witnessing same phenomenon. Someone needs to see this aspect seriously and in true sense. Government is declaring programs every now and then to curb the rising prices but all these efforts of government have yet to show the results.

The current economy is creating wealth for already rich and people with poor income are striving like ever before. Per capita income is rising on papers and wealth is rising at a very slow rate. So where is the prosperity showcased by our leaders and economists? I have not seen the so call “India is Shining” effect in my surroundings.

There need to be some simple logic for all us to understand why inflation is decreasing and prices are increasing.

Making Rich richer and Poor more poorer

Earlier I used to wonder in my disbelief that how people sitting in powerful positions can take such decisions, which have adverse effects on society at large. But when government announces such decisions it appears that probably collective intelligence in not better than individual thought process.

Today’s paper says government of Uttar Pradesh is slapping approximately 1% special tax on some basic food items coming in the state and waive approximately 3-4% entry tax on consumer durable items like TV, Computer, Fridge, etc.

What is this? People buying luxuries would be required to shell out lesser money, which other wise has not affected their purchase decision. BUT the common man, who is struggling hard in present recession to make his ends meet, would be required to spend more on his basic necessities especially on food items. This is wrong, in my opinion. The poor would be spending more and thereby getting deprived of chances of savings and improving his financial health. At the other hand people going for these luxuries could have paid this extra amount without any thought. And this small unwanted savings of Rich would again be spent on some luxury.

So, I want to know the simple logics for this taxation funda. There must be one.

Fish Failing to Swim

Its was strange news to know that over 9 lacs students failed in hindi examination of board of education Uttar Pradesh. How people in hindi heartland can do this. Ironically students of English medium of CBSE and ICSE Board got better numbers in hindi as compared to their counter parts in hindi medium government schools.

What is happening here ? probably fish needs to learn how to swim ? can’t we e more serious toward over mother tongue. How far can we take hindi for granted just for the sake of mother tongue ?
Hindi deserve better than this, youngsters in hindi land need to understand that and give its due credit by reading, writing and learning hindi from heart without any compulsion.

T 20 ICL or IPL Cricket or JUST Money Making

Indian Premier League for Cricket is out of India, but its good for India and Cricket as it is churning money for all parties involved directly or indirectly. You just start from the Organisers, Team owners - franchisees, team players, coaches, ground staff, cheer leaders, Broadcasters, Advertisers, Tourism In South Africa and also for spectators in the stadium.Everybody is seeming to living their time of lifetime forgetting recessions and other day to day issues. Its good, but dont other games like hockey chess, football, kabaddi etc need even 25% attention of what cricket is getting through IPL. Even Bollywood seems to struck with the glitter of this game of money. See the camps of Shahrukh, Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty promoting IPL more and cricket less. this is what the irony of the game is. But the Whole Logic is simple, make money by hook or ...... enjoy.

Use Simple IQ

Do not worry, use IQ and be away from Worries............. Yes! Any type of worry!!! Solutions to your all problemsCome on lets discuss; get solutions and enjoy!!!!! Just Go Ahead And Enjoy........ Come and share the intelligence you have acquired; let the people out there use your knowledge and expertise to overcome their personal; emotional; official; social; spritual;whatever problems they want to solve. Let them ask and answer them and get a chance to repay the Society by providing solutions from your angle... Believe me, its very satisfying; you feel worth a trillion if you solve someone's problem by using your experience and knowledge. They will never find the rich and varied source of experience and knwledge as compiled by you while listening to your mother; father, teacher;professor;lover; spouce; mother-in-law; father-in-laws and at the same time your processor tells you "THE DoNTS" There could be issues when you were directly or indirectly involved to problems affecting you or others. Kashmir the Solution

Why we can see a happy kashmir beyond dividing forces like religion, polictics and top of all the rules that need to be reviewd.we cant we stop the rule of barring INDIAN people to buy land in J&K and help develop industries there and start economic reforms there. Financial prosperity will invite people from all over the India to help the J&K grow like any other state of India. Why cant we let the Economical reforms take driving seat in solving Kashmir Problem.I feel we need to think in these lines............

Elections India 2009

India an country trying to keep recession at bay is spending lots of money to keep its globally known democracy live. India is undergoing for its 15th parliament after almost 60 years of independence. But see the fun, issues that were relevant 60 years ago are burning today also. despite much verbal support and care people are still looking for basic necesseties. People are not getting basic education as their prime concern is food and shelter for them to think for a honest and safe society is a thought of luxry. People are not going to vote despite many appeals from netas, bollywood stars, leading policticians etc.We need to think about this.

Post Election alliance - A cheating with Public

Its 15th of may and people are waiting for election results. But what is happening in India, people fighting against each other during elections campaign days; shouting slogan against each other are showing friendhip towards each other.the ideologies which were being opposed pre voting days have gone our So Called Honest; Ideal Netas are shaking hands with most unlike partners.I feel this is cheating with public who believe in you and your ideologies are taken for a ride. today all 15-20 political parties are ready to accept each other just be able to form a government. If they are so good to each other then why india has such large number of political parties and why we see so much division of parties before elections and why we see alliance after elections.the dirty tricks to form government should be stopped. Netas, policticians should not be allowed to mislead public
