Parenting – a dilemma of every Parent

Since childhood every boy and girl wishes a good education, career, job, family, life partner and last but not the least World’s Great Child/ Children. People do compromise in almost all aspects mentioned here but when it comes to child they feel stunned.
They always feel pressure whether they are able to play the role of parent effectively and their kids are learning right things in the world. They get easily depressed if their kids are not performing well in their studies or hobbies. Even kids behaviour and interpersonal skills cause many headache for parents.
Often it is observed that young people who loved having kids but due to many pressing needs of today’s life they feel themselves guilty of not giving proper time to their kids and loosing opportunity to imbibe good habits in them. They feel trapped in arranging amenities for kids and inculcating good virtues.
I feel parents can sort out this dilemma by sharing their experience and utilising their time with kids effectively. Kids need quality time more than the quantity of time. We must understand this fact and should try to fill the time available with useful interaction with kids. First and Foremost thing is lending a pair of eager ears to listen to their experiences and their daily encounters with life. Secondly we should also be ready with answers to their unending queries.
I am sure these two steps can open many other ways to have better relations with kids and start a better parenting regime. Lets start sharing views and experience to benefit all of us.
